The Spring Carnival has its first major race of the Spring Carnival with the running of the Caulfield Cup today. The track is currently rated a Heavy 8 with the rail out 6 metres for the entire circuit. The Everest is also being run at Randwick.

After a good outing last week that included the Professor’s Parlay getting up for the second week in a row, the Professor and the Gelding are looking to at least do as well today. The Caulfield track is rated a Soft 7 with the rail in the true position for the entire circuit.

The red hot tips for Cranbourne races on 13 November 2021 and the Professor’s Parlay

Today’s meeting has the provincial feel about it with Cranbourne hosting the main Victorian race meeting. The track is currently rated a Heavy 8 so take care with betting as the form guide is usually thrown out the window when the track is in this state or heavier. The rail is in the True position between the 1600 and 1000 metre marks and 3 metres out for the rest of the circuit.
