On tomorrow’s Sportzfan Radio you’ll hear Sean Callanan give a wrap of the two Sports Conferences he attended in Sydney and Auckland on social media, the panel will discuss the farcical “fight” in Perth during the week, the Gelding will talk about the winners and losers at Moonee Valley whilst Mark Fiorenti will be reviewing A League teams chances as the season is just around the corner.
With Dalligan away in the US for a wedding (not his own) we’ll talk NRL with Nick Tedeschi…..will we be able to avoid talking Melbourne Storm…probably not! Plenty happening in the world of sport so make sure you’re next to your radio or computer at midday tomorrow when the Professor, Daniel Eade and Gambo present the best sports show going around. Don’t forget to tweet discussion topics to @sportzfanradio
The Gelding’s attention turns to Moonee Valley this week. Track should be heavy with all the rain.
The tips for Moonee Valley are:
Race 3 Number 1 Rue Maple (for the girls at the Tennis club)
Race 5 Number 1 Das Machen (also for the girls at the Tennis club)
Race 6 Number 10 Tiakinui
Race 8 Number 1 Viking Turf Belle
Hear the Gelding discuss the selections and all Saturday’s racing with the Professor on Sportzfan Radio on Southern FM from 12.30pm on Sunday streaming live at http://sportzfanradio.com
Good luck and Good Punting
Well, the Gelding had quite a good ‘financial year’ on the punt and is looking to start the new financial year at a sprint. His attention is drawn to Moonee Valley tommorrow but a word of caution to keep an eye on the weather as rain may be a factor overnight!
The Gelding is sticking with horses he has backed before and all are last start winners so that is good form.
The bets as always are on an each way and all up basis.
Race 3 Horse 1 – Sunday Rose (for the girls at the Tennis club)
Race 4 Horse 3 – Das Machen
Race 6 Horse 3 – Oak Heart
Race 7 Horse 2 – Ghostmilk (also for the girls at the Tennis club)
PS – Update on Sportzfan Radio’s own Queen Asa – her next start will be at Kimore next Tuesday in a Maiden over 1450 metres (if not balloted out). A better performance is expected however we are looking to get the horse up to 1600 to 2000 in the third or fourth start this campaign. It is then that it will be expected to be winning.
Good luck and good punting!
As the Gelding is between jobs at present, he has been scouring the form guides for value at at Moonee Valley tomorrow, but it seems like a very hard day to pick a winner! The threatening weather also does not help.
As always the tips are on an each way and all up basis.
At the moment the tips are:
Race 2 Horse 1 – Our Baby Bonus (for the girls at the Tennis club)
Race 6 Horse 7 – Eight Bills (also for the girls at the Tennis club)
Race 8 Horse 5 – Altitude
Good luck and good punting!!
