The Gelding was in fine form last week with two winners from two selections. The Professor’s weekend parlay was brought undone by his Canterbury Bulldogs – he didn’t see that coming!

Today’s selections are from Moonee Valley where the track is rated a Soft 5 with the rail in the true position for the entire circuit.

Both the Professor and the Gelding maintained their fifty percent records on winning tips last week but they are looking to do better at Caulfield today where the track is rated a Good 4 and the rail is out 5 metres for the entire circuit.

The Professor and the Gelding each had a fifty percent win rate last week. They are looking to do better today at Flemington. The track is rated a Soft 5 with the rail out 4 metres for the entire circuit.

We’ve also included a red hot tip from the Sydney Colt who has his eye on a horse at Randwick today. The track is rated a Heavy 8 with the rail in the true position.

The Professor’s tips for Caulfield races and the Gelding’s tips for Rosehill races on 11 July 2020 and the Weekend Parlay

The Gelding had a day out last week with a 100% win rate. The two tipsters are seeking winners at different tracks today with the Professor looking at Caulfield whilst the Gelding tries to extend his winning streak at Rosehill.

The Caulfield track is rated a Slow 6 at this stage with rain predicted during the day. The rail is in the true position for the entire circuit. The Rosehill track is rated a Soft 7 with the rail out 5 metres for the entire circuit.

The Professor lowered his colours to the Gelding last week but won the overall challenge 2-1. Today they pit their punting skills against each other at Flemington. Overnight rain may have an impact today as the track is already rated a Soft 7 with further rain predicted during the day. The Gelding’s gone for selections in the early races whilst the Professor has decided to wait until later in the day. The rail is in the true position.

With the Professor’s success last week he takes an unassailable lead in the overall challenge. However, that doesn’t mean they won’t go head to head today, even if it is a dead rubber. Can the Gelding salvage some pride or will the Professor prevent the Gelding from winning one round in this final stage of the challenge.

The Professor was a bit hit and miss last week but is looking for a more even performance today. No Melbourne metropolitan races today due to the Grand Final so we’re off to Rosehill. The track is rated a Good 4 with the rail in the true position.
