Professor’s red hotties for Doomben races on 11 May 2019 and his weekend parlay

The Professor has decided to study the Queensland form today and stay away from the rain affected track at Caulfield. Last weekend’s successful parlay had to wait until extra time for Adelaide United’s last minute winner!

Weekend Parlay

Race 7 Horse 2 – Mr Quickie (at Morphetville) into South Sydney Rabbitohs to beat North Queensland Cowboys (NRL) into Manchester City to beat Brighton and Hove Albion (Premier League).

Professor’s red hotties for Caulfield races on 27 April 2019 and his weekend parlay

The Professor returns to Victoria with his selections today concentrating on the meeting at Caulfield. The track is currently rated a Good 4 but there is a threat of rain during the day so that rating could change. The rail is out 5 metres.

Make sure to back the selections each way.

Weekend Parlay

Race 7 Horse 8 – Mr Quickie into Parramatta Eels to beat the Newcastle Knights (NRL) into Perth Glory to beat Wellington Phoenix (A League).

Professor’s red hot tips for Blue Diamond Stakes day at Caulfield on 23 February 2019

A big day of racing today at Caufield with the running of the Blue Diamond Stakes where we’ll see the cream of the 2 year old crop going around. The track is rated a Good 4 with the rail out 3 metres for the entire circuit.

Professor’s red hot tips for Caulfield races on 2 February 2019

The horse racing limelight has been stolen this week by the story swirling around Darren Weir which has led to him being charged by Racing Victoria stewards with six offences under the rules of racing. His horses have been scratched from races pending a show cause hearing expected to be on Monday.

The races go on though and today’s metropolitan meeting is at Caulfield with the track rated a Good 4 with the rail is out 9 metres.

Professor’s red hot tips for Caulfield races on 26 January 2019

Aside from enjoying some lamb cutlets on Australia Day, the Professor has spent more time this week on selecting his specials for today. In a break with long standing tradition, he has decided to only provide his two best bets of the day, rather than the usual five selections. A case of less hopefully being more.

The track is rated a Good 4 with the rail three metres out from the true position.

After a fast start at Flemington on New Year’s Day, the wheels fell off with the last three selections. As the Gelding would say ‘that’s racing’. Today’s race meeting at Caulfield gives the Professor the chance of redemption. The track at present is a good 4 but that may change if the anticipated rains come. The rail is in the true position.

With the Spring Carnival in full swing the Professor is looking to make it a successful day on the punt at Caulfield today. The overnight rain will have softened the track so the runners in the later races may be affected.
