The Professor’s and the Gelding’s tips for Moonee Valley on 13 June 2020

The Professor takes a slim lead in his best of three challenge with the Gelding. It couldn’t be much closer at the moment with the pair tied at 1-1 with the rubber match currently at 1-0-1. Can the Gelding strike back today? The Moonee Valley track is rated a soft 6 with the rail out 4 metres for the entire circuit.

Guest tipster, the Sydney Colt has an interest at Belmont today so we have included his selection as well for punters with an eye on WA. The Belmont track is rated a soft 7.

The Professor’s tips for Flemington races and the gelding’s tips for Eagle Farm races on 6 June 2020

Last week was one of those days for the Professor and the Gelding. Plenty of near misses and, as the Gelding regularly says, ‘That’s racing’. They are both looking to improve today and have decided to look in different places for their winners. The challenge stands at 0-0-1, last week being so bad they declared it a tie.

The Flemington track is currently rated a Soft 5 with further rain expected. The rail is out 8 metres for the entire circuit. At Eagle Farm the track is rated a Good 4 with the rail out 3 metres for the entire circuit.

The Professor’s and the Gelding’s tips for Caulfield races on 30 May 2020

The Gelding just got the better of the Professor last week in their best of five tussle winning 3-2. Of course, the series is now tied 1-1 so we go into a further five week challenge to finally decide who is the ISO tipping champion for 2020.

The Caulfield track is rated a Good 4 with the rail out 9 metres for the entire circuit.

The Professor has scrambled back to draw level with the Gelding in their best of 5 week tipping challenge. At 2-2 it couldn’t be any closer going into the rubber match. The Flemington track is presently rated a Soft 7 with further showers forecast during the day. The rail is out 5 metres for the entire circuit.

The Professor’s tips for Flemington races and the Gelding’s tips for Morphetville races on 16 May 2020

The Professor clawed one back from the Gelding last week but the Gelding still leads 2-1 in this best of five challenge. The Professor is looking to Flemington today whilst the Gelding has his eyes on Morphetville.

At Flemington the track is rated a Soft 5 but with plenty of sun this morning that rating could improve. The rail is out 2 metres for the entire circuit. At Morphetville the track is also rated a Soft 5 with the rail out 8 metres from the 1200 metre mark to the winning post.

The Professor and the Gelding are back doing battle today after a week off. With two weeks to prepare their tips they’re hoping that they have made some educated selections. The Caulfield track is rated a Good 4 but heavy rain is expected during the day. The rail is out 6 metres for the entire circuit. The Gelding holds a handy 2-0 lead in the best of five challenge.

The Professor won the five week challenge against the Gelding with success at Caulfield last week. The Gelding has demanded a re-match and so the challenge is back on again today. The Professor prefers to stay at Caulfield while the Gelding likes his chances north of the border.

The Caulfield track is rated a Good 4 with the rail out 3 metres for the entire circuit while the Randwick track is rated a Soft 5 with the rail out 7 metres for the entire circuit.

It’s week 5 of the challenge between the Professor and the Gelding and the results over the past 4 weeks couldn’t be any closer. They are tied with one win apiece and two draws. The Professor likes his chances at Caulfield today whilst the Gelding has his sights set on Randwick.

The Caulfield track is rated a Soft 6 with showers expected during the day and the rail in the true position for the entire circuit. At Randwick, the track is rated a Heavy 8 with the rail 4 metres out for the entire circuit.

The Professor’s tips for Caulfield races and the gelding’s tips for Randwick races on 4 April 2020

The Gelding took the lead last week and as we head to week four of the contest between he and the Professor, one can only wonder how much longer racing will continue to be one of the only sporting contests on the globe in these Corona virus times.

The Caulfield track is rated a heavy 9 with further rain forecast with the rail out 9 metres for the entire circuit whilst the Randwick track was rated a soft 7 and was downgraded overnight to a heavy 8 with the rail in the true position.

Today the Professor’s tips are from Caulfield and the Gelding’s are from Randwick.
