With the good horses back in work, there are interesting races at both Caulfield and Randwick today. Rain in Sydney though means the main interest is at Caulfield.

Race 2 Horse 2 – The Lifeline (for the ladies at the Tennis club)
Race 9 Horse 5 – Plague Stone (also for the ladies at the tennis club)

Weekend Parlay

Race 5 Horse 4 – Pippie (Caulfield) into Collingwood to defeat Greater Western Sydney (AFL) into Melbourne Storm to beat Parramatta Eels (NRL).

The Professor’s red hotties for Flemington races on 14 September 2019 and the Weekend Parlay

The Professor had limited success last week so, with the better horses returning to the track, he is keen to make amends today. The Flemington track is rated a Good 4 at present but with the sunny weather, it may firm a little during the day. The rail is in the true position.

The Professor’s red hot tips for Randwick races on 7 September 2019 and the Weekend Parlay

The Professor is looking to Randwick today to get back into the winner’s list. There is one horse that stands out as the bet of the day. The Randwick track is currently rated a Soft 5 with the rail out 8 metres for the entire circuit.

The Professor had a successful outing last week with the Weekend Parlay getting up for the third time in five weeks. With a perfect day for racing at Caulfield today, he is looking to at least equal last week’s performance.

The track is rated a Good 4 with the rail in the true position.

The Professor was in some sort of form last week with a win and placing on the horses and the weekend parlay saluting. He’s looking to build on that today at Caulfield. The track is rated a Soft 5 with the rail 10 metres out.

The Professor’s form of recent weeks has been a bit hit and miss but he is looking to return to better form today at Caulfield where the track is currently rated a Soft 7. More rain during the day will no doubt affect that rating. The rail is 3 metres out from the true position.

The Professor had some modest success last week for the ladies at the Tennis club with Highland Beat and is looking to improve on that today. The Flemington track is rated a Soft 5 at present but should firm up during the day, with the rail in the true position.

The Professor was close again last week with his weekend parlay but the horse leg seems to be letting him down. No time for ‘if only’ though as it’s onward and upward. The Flemington track is rated a soft 7 at present but that may change if the forecast showers eventuate. The rail is out 9 metres from the true position.
