Sydney Colt's Hot Mail For Eagle Farm June 5

With the Sydney track awash I have resorted to begging for more hot mail from up north where we have had some excellent carnival mail so far. Only 1 bet again.

Bris r1 n13 KEFFIYA e/w ($6.0) This 5yo Kiwi mare has been in the smart hands of Gerald Ryan and steps up to a most suitable journey. Barrier 19 is a minus but this neddy on ratings is a dead set must bet. Taken e/w is the safe option and is recommended. $7.0 was on offer at IAS before the pro punters stepped in and attacked. Now $5.5 at IAS but $6 still available at Betchoice and Sportsbet.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Gelding's tips for 5 June 2010

This free and easy life between jobs has given the Gelding far more time than usual to look through the fields.  That good a life is it, that the role of ‘professional punter’ could be in the winds.  The bets are far and wide both in and out of Australia with some feature races at Epsom (UK) and Belmont (USA).

As always the bets are on an each way and all up basis.

Flemington tomorrow:

Race 1 Horse 1 – Liveandletdie

Race 2 Horse 7 – Belgietto

Race 3 Horse 4 – Sunday Rose (for the girls at the Tennis club)

Race 4 Horse 5 – Oak Heart

Race 5 Horse 10 – Elusive Touch (also for the girls at the Tennis club)

Some other big Races on the weekend and the tips are:

Queensland Oaks  Race 7 Horse 3 – Dariana

English Derby –  Jan Vermeer (sounds like a person we used to know) for Aidan O’Brien and Johnny Murtagh.

Belmont StakesIce Box

Good luck & good punting,

The Gelding

The Gelding's tips for 29 May 2010

As the Gelding is between jobs at present, he has been scouring the form guides for value at at Moonee Valley  tomorrow, but it seems like a very hard day to pick a winner!  The threatening weather also does not help.

As always the tips are on an each way and all up basis.

At the moment the tips are:

Race 2   Horse 1 – Our Baby Bonus (for the girls at the Tennis club)

Race 6   Horse 7 – Eight Bills (also for the girls at the Tennis club)

Race 8   Horse 5 – Altitude

Good luck and good punting!!

Sat 15 May and We Are Headed North Again

The mail was spot on last week with our 1 bet winning with absolute ease after being backed in the ring from $3.2 to $2.8. Stick with the good oil from a pro punter who has been betting up big all week on one in Bris today.

Bris Race 2 n 10 Albertinelli e/w ($4.8) Still showing this price this morning for the Clarry Conners trained, Jimmy Byrne ride. Up from Syd where it had good form against superior company than meeting today. This neddy was tipped to me early this week and my sources have confirmed the mail. One pro punter has backed it several times. I’ve jumped on e/w and suggest you do also. The mail is very strong with the danger being barrier 14! No other worthwhile mail to tip to you.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Gelding's tips for 15 May 2010

This week the Gelding’s attention is on Flemington. Hard to say how the track will be with the threat of more rain between now and race time tomorrow.

As always the bets are on an each way and all up basis.

Flemington

Race 4 Horse 1 – Believe N Achieve

Race 5 Horse 3 – Catapulted (for the ladies at the Tennis club)

Race 7 Horse 2 – Skiddaw Peak

Race 8 Horse 13 – Module (also for the ladies at the Tennis club)

Will be on @sportzfanradio on Sunday with a round up of all Saturday’s racing.

Good luck and good punting!

8 May And More Lobster Coming

A great feed of lobster last Sat night and I’m putting in any early repeat order for tomorrow night. I can tell you a few of the regular contributors to our mail have taken a spell owing to Hawkesbury last week. This week it will be 1 bet for 1 win!

Gold Coast Race 1 n 4 TEARY EYED ($2.8) Teary Eyed is what the bookies will be after this neddy salutes. I’m told it will either control the pace or at worst sit on top of the pace. Staffi Katsidis only has to steer a safe course and keep out of trouble. Very impressive in a last start narrow win. I’m told on ratings it must be backed. Our only bet this week so let’s put some of our profits on the line.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Hawkesbury 1 May – Another Tough Program

Why do they run this out of town meeting each year? My bets are already on and I won’t be wasting time watching this crap. Star City for me today!

Race 3 n9 Yesterday e/w ($12.00) On ratings has a good e/w chance and I am told it did trial quite well. Small e/w flutter for me.

Race 7 n2 Neeson ($3.2) Opened at $4.6 with the corporate bookies and they were swamped. Mate of mine jumped on at $4.2 and I took some of the $3.9. On ratings/weights and measures has a very clear advantage on these.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Gelding's tips for 1 May 2010

The Gelding’s attention returns to Victoria this weekend and his home track of Caulfield. There seems to be plenty of value for punters.

As always the tips should be followed on an each way and all up basis.

Caulfield

Race 1 Horse 1 – Rose Syrah

Race 5 Horse 3 – Morgan Dollar (for the ladies at the Tennis club)

Race 6 Horse 3 – Nine Tales (also for the ladies at the tennis club)

Race 8 Horse 11 – Tee Emar

As a special, the Gelding has also had a look at the field for the Kentucky Derby, the first race in the Triple Crown in the USA. He likes a 9/1 shot called Awesome Act (horse 16).

Good luck and good punting!

Randwick 24/4 The Early Bird Catches The Money!

Today we can make our money early and sit back and watch the Group 1 races knowing it will be another Sat night lobster feast. Mail is good today.

Race 1 n9 Shannara I’m told this neddy can reel off some smart sectionals and did win with a lot in hand last start. Up in grade but also continues improving

Race 2 n1 Al Dhafra This lovely beast won for us last start after looking a mess in the mounting yard. Our ratings man tells me this is the pick of the day while a pro punter tells me the 2000M suits ideally and he agrees this is the pick of the day. Hence all I can say is this is the pick of the day – get on!

Race 3 n3 Gold Water Gai has this neddy ready to control the tempo up front. Its form has been franked by some sweet performances in the Doncaster.
