Susie Q Ramadan didn’t start boxing until she was 26. In her fourth fight she won the Australian super-bantamweight title. Over the next fourteen years she has collected five world boxing titles including the WBF super-bantamweight title, WBF bantamweight title, IBF bantamweight title, the WBC bantamweight title and in her last fight before Covid struck in February 2020, the IBA super-flyweight title. She boasts a current record of 31 fights for 28 wins (12 by KO) and 3 losses. Her next fight is later this year.

They also looked at the145th running of the Preakness Stakes won by Early Voting, the decision of the ATP and WTA to scrap Wimbledon’s ranking points in 2022 and the Australian hopefuls in the French Open that starts later tonight. The Gelding phoned in from Hawaii with his tips for today’s Wangaratta races.

The panel also discusses the slow reaction of the AFL to the University of Sydney’s study into female Australian Rules umpires, the ‘Greg Norman golf tour’, the long shot winner of the 148th Kentucky Derby and the number and calibre of the players that have left the Gold Coast Suns.

Paul Dalligan reviewed round 8 of the NRL, we looked at the AFL trying to take some of the $55 million owed to AFL players and putting it towards the AFLW and the Gelding gave his tips for today’s Bendigo and Bairnsdale races.
