Sydney Colt’s Warwick Farm Mail

Yes, I’m back from 2 weeks of R&R and in need of a fill up. I’ve spent last night and this morning ringing around our regular helpers and I am confident of eating lobster tonight!

Race 4 n5 DORF COMMAND e/w. I have taken $7.0 this morning and may back up for a little more. There is a ton of pace in this race which will suit our bloke coming from the rear. 1 start for 1 win at this track and distance. Nice fresh horse also.

Race 5 n1 MORE STRAWBERRIES I suggest they rename this neddy More Lobsters, because that is what we will be ordering after it salutes. Far superior to these based on ratings.

Race 8 n9 KISS FROM A ROSE This won for us previously and I’m told it should control the pace again today. Could be another ‘Gai Day’.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Gelding’s tips for 18 February 2011

The Gelding turns his attention to Flemington today and thinks the overnight rain will have softened the track just enough to make conditions close to perfect for racing today.

As always the tips are on an each way and all up basis.

Flemington

Race 3 Horse 9 – I’m Discreet (for the ladies at the Tennis club)
Race 4 Horse 5 – Southern Speed
Race 5 Horse 8 – Enjin Number 9
Race 6 Horse 7 – Sportzfan Radio’s own – Black Caviar (also for the ladies at the Tennis club)

As an extra for today I also like an each way bet in Race 6 Horse 9 – Crystal Lily

Sydney Colt’s Randwick Mail For Tomorrow

Forget all the formalities and fancy words this week. There are 2 fair dinkum good things tomorrow and our only bet is an ALL UP FIXED ODDS race 1 number 1 SATIN SHOES into race 5 number 1 MORE JOYOUS. I just took $2.65 the all up and it is like a licence to print money. These 2 have trialled brilliantly, are both incredibly weighted based on ratings and I’m told they both look superb. Follow me.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Gelding’s tips for 5 February 2011

With Caulfield almost underwater after the heavy overnight rains, understandably the races have been called off.

However, there is still a great race meeting at Rosehill today and the Gelding will defer to the Sydney Colt’s tips which you will see below on this webpage.

Mindful of needing to tip one for the Ladies at the Tennis Club though, he can’t go past Race 6 Horse 8 ‘Sportzfan Radio’s own’ Hot Danish.

You can hear the Gelding and the Professor discuss all the racing news on Sportzfan Radio every Sunday at 12.30pm.  Tune in to 88.3 Southern FM.

Good luck and good punting!

Sydney Colt’s Mail For Rosehill 5 February

I would not want to be a bookie tomorrow as we can spot winners aplenty!

Race 1 n1 HELMET Got a call from a mole in the Snowden camp and told to get some cash off this neddy. I’m on!

Race 2 n4 SOMEPIN ANYPIN Did you see this win its last start? If you did, there is nothing more to say. If you didn’t, then watch the video and get to your ATM

Race 3 n3 VIVA LAS The mail says it won last start when it still had improvement. Won’t have to improve at all to beat these.

Race 4 n1 IRONSTEIN Last chance for this one! Our ratings man says it is great value.

Race 6 n8 HOT DANISH Won 7 of 8 first up!! That is enough to bet up on one of our fav gals.

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.

Gelding’s tips for 29 January 2011

The Gelding’s attention turns to Flemington today with a nice sunny day predicted and hopefully, a fast track.  After lowering his colours at Caulfield’s Australia Day meeting on Wednesday, the Gelding is looking for a few quick strikes early to restock the war chest!

As always the bets are on an each way and all up basis.

Flemington

Race 3 Horse 3 – Under the Eiffel
Race 4 Horse 1 – At the Heads (for the ladies at the Tennis club)
Race 6 Horse 1 – Spacecraft (also for the ladies at the Tennis club)
Race 7 Horse 7 – Absolute Joy (also for the ladies at the Tennis club)

Good luck and good punting!

Sydney Colt’s Mail For Randwick Tomorrow

Last week we squeezed out of trouble with a $4.8 winner which gave us a small profit for our 4 bets. Not much value tomorrow but I think we can snare a few to again produce a profitable day.

Race 1 n1 GODSPEED Very short in the market but this neddy ran super sectionals last start when a beaten fav. Will win this.

Race 3 n6 SCREEN The word from the Snowden camp is that this one is on fire. The word around the tracks is strong for this one.

Race 6 n6 TRIPLE ELEGANCE The best rated horse all day.

Race 8 n7 HONEST LIES I hate this horse but will be betting with my pro punter mates who tell me they have strong reports from the training track. It’s ‘D’ Day for this bugger!!

Money lost, nothing lost. Confidence lost, everything lost.
